Privacy Policy
We collect only what we need to run your account and respond to your requests.
Information we collect
Your email address, name and optional phone number; the service requests and support tickets you submit; and the notifications we send you. This information is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Supabase and is visible to you and to authorised HyperLinked administrators.
How we use it
To authenticate you, show your account activity, quote and deliver the services you request, answer support tickets, and send account emails such as confirmations and password resets.
Payments
HyperLinked does not currently accept payments or hold funds. Do not send card numbers, account numbers or other sensitive financial details in tickets or requests.
Your choices
You can update your name and phone number from your profile. To correct or delete your data, contact support through a ticket.
